Guest Policy

For the purpose of chartered clubs, the following definitions apply:

Resident Guest:

• A Resident Guest of Trilogy at Vistancia with a current TVACA Resident status who has not yet formally joined a respective club, but is qualified to do so.
• A Resident Guest of Trilogy may play during any of the Open Play time slots.

Nonresident Guests:

• Nonresident guests are defined as guests of Trilogy residents or those renting within Trilogy.
• Nonresident guests are not authorized to join a chartered club. 
• A Nonresident Guest of Trilogy may play during any of the Open Play time slots if accompanied by the Resident member, and they have secured a daily use guest pass.  
• Guest passes are available at the reception desk of the Athletic Club or the Member Services Desk.

Household Guests:

• Household guests are those individuals or family members who temporarily reside with a Trilogy at Vistancia Resident during a specific period of time. 
• A Household guest of Trilogy may play during any of the Open Play time slots if accompanied by the Resident member, and they have secured a daily use guest pass.  
• Guest passes are available at the reception desk of the Athletic Club or the Member Services Desk.
